We offer PEB structures in a wide variety of frames to accomodate our customers' requirements. These are typically suitable for area greater than 10,000 sqft. One can choose from the following standard frame types.

Secondary members include purlins (framing members that span parallel to the building eave, & support the roof or wall sheeting), cladding (zinc-coated pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) sheets available in a range of superior and aesthetic colors) and wind bracing.

Purlins are framing members that span parallel to the building eave, and support the roof or wall sheeting. The purlins are in turn supported by rafters or walls. They are secondary members that are made of cold-formed steel. They are typically C and Z sections. Cold-formed members can be efficient on a weight basis relative to mill rolled sections for secondary member applications.

  • Longer purlins reduce the number of bays needed
  • They can be specially cut to length
  • They are economical, lightweight & efficient
  • Suitable up to 9m

With high precision roll-forming and component forming machines, you can be assured about the quality & reliability of our metal roofing and wall cladding solutions. LOYA PEB roof and wall sheets are Pre-painted Galvalume (PPGL) sheets available in a range of superior and aesthetic colors. These Roofing Sheets have excellent corrosion and weather resistance, thereby ensuring low maintenance and long durability of the cladding systems. LOYA PEB uses high tensile steel as base material with a coating of high quality alloy of Zn.

Bracing is either comprised of diagonal steel rods or portal frames depending on the wind load and/or accessibility requirements. It is used to brace the building against wind loads.

Our accessories provide value addition to your building. Available options are roof-mounted ventilators, louvers, different types of insulation, cage ladder for roof access, FRP or PC sheets for natural light to pass through

Our industrial louvers are hand-crafted in-house by our fabrication team to allow for maximum customization in terms of colors and size. Louvers are utilized for natural ventilation and temperature control in the facility. Louvers serve a critical need to allow air flow through openings in buildings while rejecting unwanted elements such as water and airborne debris. Since we design and make our own louvers, easy of installation and the right fit with the building is ensured.

Insulated building rolls are efficient, low-density insulation materials made from non-combustible glass wool fibre and bonded together by thermosetting resins. The product is easy to handle, cut and install. It is factory laminated with reinforced aluminium foil.

  • Keeps cool & comfortable in summer and warm in winter
  • Reduction in noise through high sound absorbtion
  • Non-combustible and water-repellent

These wind-driven air ventilators are used world-over because of their low capital cost, easy adaptability, high air displacement capacity and overall reliability. The air ventilator is designed to withstand a wind velocity of up to 100 kmph. It is made of stainless steel or aluminium, and is therefore virtually maintenance free with a ten year warranty. Each air ventilator weighs less than 3 kg. This enables flexibility of installing anywhere on the roof without any structural changes.

  • Saves electricity and thus cost since it is driven by natural winds
  • Lightweight and easy to install on any type of roof
  • Silent, since it uses Superlene bush
  • Rainproof, pollution and maintenance free

Using LGS, the steel skeleton for a small structure can be produced in the factory & erected on site all within 1-2 weeks. The structure is then clad using metal sheets or Magnesium/Gypsum boards & insulation depending on usage. The resulting structure is weatherproof & earthquake resistant. Applications include partition walls, low-cost housing, security cabins, small sheds & more.
